Expert in leadership, communication skills and talent management. Her coaching and training style is of high energy, inspirational and challenging. She acts as a catalyst in the journey from
“I want” to “I can”.

During 20 years of her corporate career she learned how to motivate people and achieve success. She worked for big internationals (IKEA, Coty, Statoil) where she was holding top level positions within Board of Directors both in Poland and abroad. For the last 10 years, as Marketing and Strategy Director, she lead and developed teams. Her career progressed through different roles from being an advisor, through mentor to become a coach. Master of Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MBA degree from the Rotterdam School of Management (GFKM).

Privately a happy wife and a mother of two daughters. She is a pilot in classic car rallies; likes to spend free time on travelling and nature photography. Interests; arts and architecture. Favourite sports; skiing, golf and mountain trekking. Coaching is her profession and true passion where she can combine the skills of an effective high performance manager with helping others to develop and achieve their dreams.
